HTT, Inc. has enjoyed over 39 years of being a family-owned business within the Sheboygan County, Wisconsin area. In 2024, HTT’s Partners continue to honor our value of Accomplishment by appreciating two individuals who are “making a difference” within the HTT community. This recognition is special. Combining their investment with hard work, perseverance and longevity, Bob Lischka and John Karrels are being welcomed as the newest members of the Partner Group. They now can add the title of “owner” to their employee and leader positions. This expansion of the Partner Group adds depth and provides the next generation of company leaders with an active role in our Partner Group.
Bob Lischka, who started with HTT in 2019, is a graduate of the ACME Institute of Technology in Tool and Die Design. With more than 30 years of experience in custom metal stamping, Lischka brings industry expertise along with the Leadership and Courage to help HTT Innovate. Lischka currently is overseeing our building expansion, which will add over 33,000 sq. ft. to our Sheboygan location, and as the Director of Supply Chain, he guides the Supply Chain and Quality departments. Lischka enjoys time with his wife and three children camping and being outdoors.
John Karrels, who started with HTT in 2014, is no stranger to metal stampings. Karrels, HTT’s Director of Operation, has 35 years of experience demonstrating progressive technical and managerial skills and has a proven ability to Persevere through tough times – most recently, maintaining Production through the whirlwind that was the last 4 years. Karrels focus on Teamwork and Trust lends well to leading the largest group within HTT, in adding automation and in introducing AI, all aimed at improving efficiency, ergonomics and report gathering. There is nothing that Karrels would ask others to do that he wouldn’t be willing to do himself. Karrels, his wife, and four children are active in local sports and activities.
Neil Leland, HTT’s President and Partner since 2015, is passionate about sharing Bob and John’s story with not only the community but also HTT employees – demonstrating that HTT’s values do not go unrecognized. “I am proud of how John and Bob used their dedication and hard work to earn seats at the Partner table. I don’t want to imagine leading HTT without these two,” states Leland.
